How can i get rid or frogs that are breeding at my fish ponds,i think they are eating my baby fishes?
one of my fish ponds contains mollies and sword tails and lots of baby fishes, but it also serves as breeding grounds for frogs and I think they are eating the baby fishes. More and more frogs are laying their eggs in there, sometimes I throw the frog eggs or feed the tadpoles to my bigger fishes but is there a way I could get rid of them without killing them?
well get something like a mosquito fish. they love mosquito larva and are just like mollies and swordtails
just without color so i’d get some of those and they should eat eggs and tadpoles small enough to fit in their mouth. :]] hoped i helped even though it wasn’t alot of infomation

Load the pond with hair grass (maybe contained in a corner or along one side). Females will give off in the hair grass and the fry will stay in it until they grow. The fry can swim in tightly compacted hair grass with almost no effort, but frogs can’t get through it at all (even the females have to "climb" through it, they can’t swim through it if it’s compacted enough. It’ll also keep the fish from eating the fry (live bearers are cannibals, they consider baby fish to be food).

You may not need to do much. Mollie’s and Platy’s are prolofic breeders. As long as the frogs aren’t decimating them, you may just have a natural backyard ecosystem. The frogs prevent the fish from becoming over-populated which helps prevent overcorwding and disease.
As others’ suggested provide a means for the fish to safely hide if the frogs are eating too many of them.
